Facilitator Background: This group will be facilitated by Johanna Hartley. Johanna, pronounced yo-HAHN-nah, is an early-career therapist (LPCC) with a background in Sociology (M.A.) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Media Psychology.

• This group meets weekly for 12 weeks and has a hybrid format.

• Sessions will alternate weekly between being in-person and online.

• In-person sessions will be 2 hours, and online sessions will be 1 hour.

• This group is open until filled and will be capped at 6 participants.

• Please note that this group includes required reading and “homework“ between sessions. Ideal participants will commit to spending 30+ minutes daily outside of the group sessions to complete and engage in the readings and practices.

• Sessions will take place on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. Timing will be finalized once initial participants sign up. Johanna proposes meeting during the day for online sessions, and during the afternoon or evening for in-person sessions, but is open to suggestions.

Cost: $36 per session, or $360 for all 12 meetings if paid in full. We accept insurance (including all major providers, including Medicaid and Medicare) and offer sliding-scale spots. Green bottle method?
